Raw material

Why we extract only dried biomass

A stable raw materialDried plant material can be stored and handled well, so extraction does not depend on the day of harvest.
Planned productionWe can plan batches around your schedule rather than around the growing season.
A defined starting pointEvery batch starts from dried material of a known plant and plant part, which makes the specification easier to hold.

The facility

We are the producer. The line runs in Makov.

Raw material: Dried biomass only: fruits and seeds, herbs, roots and flowers.
Capacity: About 600 kg of dried biomass per day.
Solvent loop: Closed. The solvent evaporates in one chamber, is collected in another and is used again.
Machines: Designed and built by Tetra, running in production facilities.
